Lisa Kronenberg
Lisa has been actively practicing in the Hospice Palliative Care field for more than twenty years, her experience encompassing leadership, program development and clinical service delivery roles.
A registered social worker by training, she previously led the Jewish Hospice Program at Jewish Family & Child Service.
